FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1
What makes Triple B Beef different from grocery store beef?
Triple B Beef is born, raised, and processed right here in New Mexico. Our cattle are nurtured from start to finish on our family-owned ranch, and we ensure quality every step of the way. Unlike mass-produced beef, we aim for USDA Prime standards in our cuts, providing a juicy, flavorful, and tender product you’ll love.
2
Do you offer grass-fed or grain-fed beef?
Both! Our cattle enjoy an abundant grass diet and are finished with a carefully balanced grain mixture. This combination ensures high marbling and incredible flavor in every cut.
3
What’s the difference between USDA Prime, Choice, and Select?
USDA Prime is the highest grade, offering superior marbling, tenderness, and flavor. At Triple B, we aim for Prime-quality beef, meaning you’ll get restaurant-grade quality at your own table. USDA Choice and Select are good, but Prime is where the real magic happens.
4
How long does your beef stay fresh?
All our beef is vacuum-sealed and packaged for long-lasting freshness. In the freezer, it can stay fresh for up to a year, while refrigerated cuts are best enjoyed within a week.
5
Why is marbling important in beef?
Marbling, the fine flecks of fat within the muscle, is what gives beef its flavor, juiciness, and tenderness. Our aim for Prime-grade marbling means you’ll get beef that’s richly flavorful and tender every time.
